Custom LED Signage & Light Boxes for Commercial Projects
Custom illuminated and acrylic signage manufacturing for sign companies, retail brands and commercial projects—from acrylic sign panels and illuminated displays to LED light boxes and integrated signage systems.
Signage Products for Different Commercial Applications
The right construction depends on whether the project requires non-illuminated acrylic signage, integrated LED lighting, graphic illumination or controlled edge-lighting effects.
Acrylic Signs
Clear, colored, printed and fabricated acrylic signage for branding, identification and commercial interiors.
→LED Acrylic Signs
Illuminated acrylic signs combining fabricated acrylic, graphics, LED components and supporting structures.
↓LED Light Boxes
Custom light boxes for fashion retail, food & beverage, branded graphics and multi-location commercial projects.
↓Edge-Lit Displays
Acrylic panels using controlled light transmission and engraved or printed graphics for illuminated display effects.
↓Built for Repeat Commercial Supply
Our light box production supports commercial programs for fashion, food & beverage and other retail applications, including repeat production for projects across China and Southeast Asia.
Production is not limited to assembling a finished frame. Light box manufacturing involves structure preparation, backlight module layout, LED wiring, assembly, functional inspection and shipment preparation.
These production stages are controlled around the approved dimensions, lighting requirement, project specification and repeat-order reference.
Light Box Structure & Frame
Frame components are prepared around the specified dimensions, structure and installation requirement.
Backlight Module Assembly
Lighting components are positioned and assembled according to the required illumination layout.
LED Module Wiring
Wiring, connections and component routing are organized as part of the electrical assembly process.
Repeat Production Assembly
Approved construction and component requirements are carried into repeat manufacturing and final assembly.
The Sign Should Be Engineered Around Where It Will Be Used
A logo file tells us what the brand should look like. It does not define everything required to manufacture a finished sign or light box for a commercial environment.
Before production, we review the installation environment, viewing conditions, structure, mounting method, electrical requirements and shipment route.
Retail store, restaurant, mall, office or other commercial environment.
Scale, brightness and graphic detail should suit the viewing distance.
Location and exposure influence material and structural decisions.
Fixings, backing and access need to match the intended installation.
Power supply, wiring and service access are reviewed before production.
Finished dimensions and structure influence packing and shipment preparation.
Lighting Is Only One Part of the Finished Product
Reliable illuminated signage requires the face, structure, graphics, lighting, electrical components and mounting method to work together as one manufactured system.
Acrylic & Graphic Face
Clear, colored, translucent, printed or fabricated materials selected around the required appearance and lighting effect.
Housing & Frame
Supporting structures developed around finished dimensions, mounting, service access and commercial use.
LED System
LED layout planned around illumination requirements, visual consistency and the internal structure.
Graphics & Branding
Printing, vinyl, acrylic graphics and fabricated brand elements integrated into the finished product.
Power & Wiring
Power and wiring requirements reviewed according to the project specification and destination requirement.
Mounting & Access
Installation points and service access considered before the finished product reaches the project location.
Build the Sign Around How It Needs to Perform
The production route depends on the product structure, material combination, lighting method and installation requirement. Different components may require different processes.
Illuminated Products Need Functional Control, Not Just Visual Inspection
A finished light box or illuminated sign needs to be checked not only for appearance, but also for dimensions, component assembly, illumination, wiring and function before release.
Critical dimensions, component fit and mounting positions.
Surface finish, graphics, color and visible assembly details.
Light distribution and overall visual consistency are reviewed.
Connections, routing, power components and assembly condition.
Illuminated assemblies can be operated before packing to identify functional issues.
Protection is prepared around faces, corners, electrical components and accessories.

Manufacturing Support Behind Your Project
We support sign companies, retail brands, distributors and project partners with engineering, prototyping, manufacturing and repeat-production capability.
Production support for sign companies and commercial project partners.
Confidential project information and drawings can be handled under NDA.
Production can begin from drawings, approved samples or project specifications.
Neutral or customer-branded packaging can be discussed according to project needs.
Components and cartons can be organized for multi-location project requirements.
Approved references and specifications support future production consistency.
Protect the Complete Signage System Before It Leaves Production
Illuminated signage can include large frames, graphic faces, finished surfaces, electrical components and installation accessories. Packaging therefore needs to protect more than the visible sign body.
Not Every Acrylic Sign Needs Integrated Lighting
For projects where the acrylic itself carries the visual identity, we also manufacture non-illuminated acrylic signs using clear, colored, printed and fabricated components.
This keeps acrylic signage and LED signage within one manufacturing family while allowing each product type to follow its own material and production requirements.

Common Questions About Custom LED Signage & Light Boxes
Practical questions from sign companies, retail brands, distributors and commercial project buyers when developing custom illuminated signage for prototype, production and repeat project supply.
Can you manufacture custom LED signage from drawings, artwork or reference images?
Yes. A project can begin from CAD drawings, technical drawings, logo artwork, dimensions, reference images, an approved sample or other project information. We review the available input and identify the structure, materials, lighting, electrical and installation details that still need to be defined before production.
Projects that require additional technical development can move through our Engineering & DFM process before prototyping.
What types of custom LED signage and light boxes can you manufacture?
Our manufacturing scope includes LED light boxes, illuminated acrylic signs, edge-lit acrylic displays, illuminated brand elements and other project-specific signage systems. Construction is developed around the required dimensions, visual effect, installation environment and commercial application.
For fabricated illuminated letters, see our Custom Channel Letters capability. Non-illuminated acrylic signage is handled separately through our Acrylic Signage product family.
Can you make a prototype before LED signage goes into production?
Yes. Prototype or first-unit development can be used to review construction, dimensions, materials, surface finish, illumination, assembly and functional details before repeat production begins.
Prototype development is typically around 15 days, depending on product complexity, materials, electrical components and the number of revisions required. See our Prototype & Sampling process.
How do you check LED lighting and electrical assembly before shipment?
Inspection can include dimensions, visible finish, component fit, LED layout, wiring condition, illumination consistency and functional operation. Illuminated assemblies can be switched on before packing so lighting or functional issues can be identified before release.
Our broader inspection workflow is explained on the Quality Control page.
What is the MOQ for custom LED signage or light box projects?
There is no single fixed MOQ for every custom signage project. Practical order quantity depends on the dimensions, structure, materials, lighting system, custom components, manufacturing processes, packaging requirements and overall project scope.
Send us your expected quantity together with the drawing, artwork, reference image or project specification and we can review the appropriate production approach.
Can you support repeat orders and multi-location signage projects?
Yes. Once the construction and project specification have been approved, repeat manufacturing can follow the confirmed production reference. Where required, components, accessories, cartons and project identification can also be organized by store, location or project reference.
Customized batch production is typically approximately 45–60 days after sample approval, depending on project scope, quantity, materials and manufacturing requirements. Multi-location preparation can be coordinated with our Retail Display Rollout Programs and Packaging & Shipping processes.
Have an Acrylic Signage or LED Display Project?
Send us your artwork, drawing, dimensions, reference photo or project information. We can review the application, structure, materials, lighting and manufacturing requirements before moving into prototyping and production.
