Custom Retail Displays, Fixtures & Visual Merchandising Products
GREAT ACRYLICS manufactures custom acrylic displays, retail fixtures, illuminated display systems and project-specific merchandising products for professional retail and commercial environments.
Start with a drawing, physical sample, reference image or early concept. Products can be developed around your merchandise, dimensions, branding, materials and intended retail application.
Five Product Directions for Custom Retail Display Projects
Start with the product family closest to your requirement. The final structure can then be developed around the merchandise, retail environment, brand presentation and manufacturing requirements.
Precision acrylic fabrication remains at the core of our manufacturing, while complete displays can integrate metal, wood, lighting, graphics and hardware when the project requires them.

Some projects begin with an unusual structure, mixed materials, a physical sample or an early creative concept. Send us what you have and we can identify the technical information required before prototype development begins.
CAD / Technical Drawing
Review dimensions, structure, materials, interfaces and manufacturing feasibility.
Physical Sample
Use an existing physical product as a reference for structure, dimensions and development.
Reference Image
Understand the intended form, appearance, function and commercial application.
Initial Concept
Identify the technical information needed before engineering and prototype development.
Concepts and project inputs are translated into dimensions, structures and manufacturing information before production.
Built, Checked and Prepared for Repeat Production
Product development does not end with the appearance of a sample. Manufacturing details, dimensions, functional elements and protective packing all need to remain controlled as the project moves toward production and delivery.
Precision Acrylic Processing
CNC and other fabrication processes are selected according to the geometry, dimensions and construction requirements of the product.
Check Against the Approved Reference
Critical dimensions and project details can be checked against approved drawings, specifications and sample references during production.
Lighting & Functional Review
Illuminated products can be reviewed for lighting function and visible presentation before final release and packing.
Packing Designed Around the Product
Protective materials and packout methods are selected around product geometry, surfaces, components and shipment requirements.

Questions About Custom Retail Display Products
Common questions from brands, display companies, distributors and project buyers sourcing custom retail displays, fixtures and visual merchandising products.
What types of custom retail displays and fixtures do you manufacture?
We manufacture custom acrylic displays, countertop and freestanding retail fixtures, illuminated displays, LED signage, dimensional brand elements, fashion and merchandise display fixtures, and project-specific custom products. The final product is developed around the merchandise, retail environment, branding and manufacturing requirements rather than being limited to a fixed catalogue format.
Do you only manufacture acrylic displays?
No. Precision acrylic fabrication is a core capability, but complete retail displays can also integrate metal, wood, LED lighting, printed graphics and hardware where the design requires them. Material and finish decisions are made according to the structure, appearance and intended retail application. See our Materials & Finishes for more information.
Can you develop a retail display if we do not have finished CAD drawings?
Yes. A project can begin from a physical sample, reference image, merchandise dimensions, rendering or early concept. We can review the available information and identify the dimensions, structure, materials and manufacturing details required before prototype development. Projects requiring additional technical development can move through our Engineering & DFM process.
Can you make a prototype before we place a production order?
Yes. Prototype development is used to review product fit, dimensions, structure, appearance and functional details before repeat manufacturing. Typical prototype development is approximately 15 days, depending on product complexity, materials and revision requirements. Learn more about Prototype & Sampling.
Do you support OEM and white-label retail display manufacturing?
Yes. We support customer-designed and project-specific manufacturing for retail brands, display and signage companies, distributors and other B2B buyers. Products can be manufactured from approved drawings, samples and project specifications, with branding, graphics and packaging requirements incorporated where applicable. NDA support is also available for confidential development projects.
Can you support repeat production and multi-store retail display programs?
Yes. Once the prototype and production reference are approved, repeat manufacturing can be controlled against the agreed drawings, specifications and sample reference. Quality inspection, project packout and protective packaging can also be planned around repeat orders and multi-location programs. See our Retail Display Rollout Programs, Quality Control and Packaging & Shipping capabilities.
